All subscriptions are payable in euros, regardless of the origin of the order.
1.2 – ALTERNATIVES HUMANITAIRES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but subscriptions will be invoiced on the basis of prices in place when the order was made.
1.3 – In the event of an order shipped to a country other than metropolitan France, customs duties, import duties, local taxes or State taxes may be requested for the exported reviews. These rights and amounts are not the responsibility of ALTERNATIVES HUMANITAIRES. They will be the responsibility of customers as the importers of the reviews and are their full responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the authorities and/or competent bodies of their country.
1.4 – One-year subscription. The duration of the subscription is determined at the time of the order and is valid for 3 issues. The subscription begins with the first number shipped to the subscriber and ends with the last number shipped. The contract cannot be terminated during the subscription period. In the event of a subscription being shipped abroad, delivery is made without a guarantee of delivery time.
Delivery times are provided for information only and are indicated as accurately as possible. Exceeding delivery times cannot constitute a legitimate and acceptable cause, neither of refusal of delivery, of request for reimbursement of delivery costs, nor of action for damages of any kind. However, if one month after the indicative delivery date the product has not been sent for any reason other than a case of force majeure, the sale may be terminated at the request of either party.
